Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.

Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail at a charge of £3.95, regardless of order size. Standard delivery time is approximately 5 - 10 working days. International customers will be contacted prior to dispatch with delivery options and costs.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Alternatively you may pay by cheque or postal order, crossed and made payable to 'NINIAN'. Please note that we allow five working days for cheques to clear before your order is despatched. It would also be useful if you could ensure you give us your telephone number with your address details so that, if there are any queries with your order, we can get in touch with you.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from NINIAN, you can return the unused / unworn item within 14 days for a full refund or replacement, as long as the product is returned to us in its original packaging and all labels are still attached. When sending your return please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, in case the parcel fails to reach us. Due to health and hygiene, earrings can not be returned unless faulty.

Goods returned to us damaged or lost in transit will not be credited. Please note that the delivery charge on your original order is non refundable.
